How it happened
Aaron proposed at sunrise at the farthest tip of Stump Pass where the bay opens into the gulf in Englewood,Florida.
At the brink of a new beginning, he held open a deep blue Tacori box anchoring stunning glints of diamond in the early sunlight, and melted Melissa's heart with his love and promise. With tears in her eyes and explosive smile, Melissa nodded until she could find the word "yes," and the two enjoyed their private excitement on the walk back down the beach.
They first woke Maid of Honor, Cassie Simmelink, about the news, and continued sharing and celebrating with family throughout the day.
